Chapters form the main organizing unit of the Branch. Currently, NPP-USA has twenty-five (25) active Chapters across the United States.

Chapters are formed and registered by the Branch within a defined geographic location in the USA. A minimum of ten (10) members is required to form a Chapter after a letter of intent to form a chapter with the required initial members are vetted and approved by Branch leadership.

Any person who desires to become a member of NPP-USA may apply through the Chapter where s/he resides. The Chapter will in turn register the applicant at the Branch level. In instances where the applicant resides in a State that has no recognized Chapter, application may be made directly for membership with the Branch and the applicant will be affiliated to the closest State to his/her State of residence.
