Blame NDC for attacks on state institutions – Chairman Wontumi

The Ashanti Regional Chairman of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) has accused some elements of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) of masterminding the purported attack and seizure of state institutions by some youth.
