While acknowledging the need for a thorough fact-finding process, he cautioned against prolonged delays, stressing the importance of quickly addressing internal challenges and preparing for the future.
He also praised the Minority Caucus for their efforts in Parliament, urging them to remain united and committed. "Now that we are in opposition, you are our hope. We rely on you, and you cannot afford to let us down," Amanor stated.
A Call for Unity and Resilience
Hon. Frank Annor Dompreh, addressing the gathering, expressed gratitude to the Massachusetts Chapter for their warm hospitality. He acknowledged the Minority Caucus’s critical role in sustaining the party’s influence in governance.
"We recognize that our responsibility has never been greater. Despite our numbers, we draw inspiration from our predecessors in 1996, who—though only 66 strong—stood firm and made an impact. We will do the same," he assured.
Annor Dompreh also took the opportunity to address concerns regarding a recent parliamentary incident during a vetting session, apologizing on behalf of the caucus. He reaffirmed the party’s commitment to upholding the values of unity, perseverance, and progress as they navigate the path ahead.
