Washington Metro Chapter Women’s Wing Hosts an Engaging Brunch

O n December 2, 2023, the NPP-USA Washington Metro Chapter Women's Wing hosted an engaging brunch that brought together thirteen vibrant women, creating an atmosphere of camaraderie and empowerment. The focal point of the event was a riveting talk by a seasoned life coach, who delved into the intricacies of relationships and shared insights on the The ABCDE's of Relationships: ABCDE's—Alignment, Believe, Consistency/Commitment, Discipline, and Edify.

The life coach's session began with an exploration of the foundations of successful relationships, encapsulated in the ABCDE's. Each letter represented a crucial aspect: Alignment, emphasizing the importance of shared goals and values; Believe, urging the ladies to trust in themselves and their relationships; Consistency/Commitment, highlighting the need for dedication and steadfastness; Discipline, encouraging a structured and intentional approach to relationships; and Edify, underscoring the significance of uplifting and supporting one another.

Engaging Activities: To add a touch of fun and challenge to the brunch, the women participated in a series of riddles, sparking laughter and friendly competition. The winner, crowned the Riddle Queen, was awarded a thoughtful gift, symbolizing the celebration of intellect and wit within the group. The interactive session not only entertained but also fostered a sense of shared joy and accomplishment.

Gift Presentation: As a representative of the Chapter's Women's Wing, Kate Forson had the honor of presenting a special gift to the guest. The gesture was aimed at expressing gratitude for her dedication and contributions to the community, reinforcing the spirit of appreciation and recognition that the Women's Wing holds dear.

Pleasantries and Future Engagements: The brunch provided an opportunity for the ladies to exchange pleasantries, fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Excitement buzzed in the air as the women expressed their eagerness for more engaging events in the future. The gathering served as a foundation for deeper connections and increased involvement within the Women's Wing. As a result of the engagement, two (2) new members joined the Chapter.
